Admission Procedure:
The admission for 75% of seats is done by the Joint Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) and 25% seats is done by Management as per the rules and regulations of the ACPC/ACPDC and State Government.

Students from the other state can approach directly to the Institute for the admission as per guideline of ACPC. At Present, minimum 5% seats are reserved for other state candidates as per ACPC guidelines.

Eligibility for Diploma Engineering: For the purpose of admission, a candidate shall have passed the qualifying examination (SSC) from, (i) The Gujarat Board; or (ii) The Central Board of Secondary Education Board; as per notifed by Admission committee. Documents required at the time of Admission: (i) ACPDC Admission Slip (SQ) or ACPDC Registration Slip (MQ/VQ) (ii) Attested true copies of 10th (SSC) mark sheet, School Leaving Certificate, Aadhaar Card, Caste Certificate (if applicable) (iii) Four passport size photographs

Eligibility for Degree Engineering:
12th Standard Examination passed in pattern of 10+2 system in Science stream. Moreover students are required to appear in GUJCET Exam conducted by Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board. Students, who have not appeared for GUJCET Exam can also apply for admission on Vacant Seat.

Eligibility for Second Year Degree Engineering (D TO D):
As per Government Notification for Diploma to Degree Engineering admissions, the eligibility for admission is specified as per the norms and guidelines of AICTE. For the year 2018-19, the AICTE guidelines specified 45% for open category and 40% for reserved category candidates in qualifying examination (Diploma Engineering) to be eligible for admission.

Documents required at the time of Admission:

1.For Degree Engineering:
(i) ACPC Admission Slip (SQ) or ACPC Registration Slip (MQ/VQ)
(ii) Attested true copies of 10th (SSC) mark sheet, 12th (HSC) Mark sheet, GUJCET Result, School Leaving Certificate, Aadhaar Card, Caste Certificate(if applicable)
(iii) Four passport size photographs

2. For Second Year Degree Engineering:
(i) ACPC Admission Slip (SQ) or ACPC Registration Slip (MQ/VQ)
(ii) Attested true copies of 10th (SSC) mark sheet, Final Year Diploma Marksheets, Diploma Passing/Provisional Certificate, School Leaving Certificate, Aadhaar Card, Caste Certificate(if applicable)
(iii) Four passport size photographs

Eligibility for Master of Engineering:
B.E./B.TECH. in relevant Engineering faculty or equivalent qualification with minimum 45% (40% for SC/ST/SEBC candidates) at the final year of qualifying examination.

Documents required at the time of Admission:
(i) ACPC Admission Slip (SQ) or ACPC Registration Slip (MQ/VQ)
(ii) Attested true copies of 12th (HSC) Mark sheet or Diploma Passing Certificate, Degree Passing/Provisional Certificate, School Leaving Certificate, Aadhaar Card, Caste Certificate(if applicable)
(iii) Four passport size photographs

Government Scholarship Scheme

MYSY

Diploma: First year half tuition fees + 3000 Rupees and for remaining years only half tuition fees.
Degree: First year half tuition fees + 5000 Rupees and for remaining years only half tuition fees.
Applicable for those having minimum 80 percentile in 10th and 12th ; 7 CGPA in diploma for D2D admission.
SC / ST Post Metric Scholarship Scheme SC and ST student’s can avail tuition fees, exam fees, maintenance expenses for all years.
SC category girls having income 6 lakhs per annum and 50% marks in 10th and 12th can get benefit of full tuition fees and exam fees.
MOMAS

For degree rupees 25000 per annum and rupees 13000 per annum for diploma students
This is merit base scholarship scheme.
