About Department

Microbiology Department at HJD Science College provides undergraduate studies with specialization in the subject of Microbiology with Choice based credit system of three years. Course covers various aspects of Microbiology including basic microbiology cell biology, microbial diversity, analytical techniques, molecular biology basic bioinformatics, immunology and clinical microbiology, industrial microbiology, metabolism, environmental and applied microbiology.

Objectives

A microbiologist can have career as biomedical scientist, biotechnologist, clinical research associate, food technologist, healthcare scientist, nanotechnologist, pharmacologist, etc.
